about

Johnny O & the Jerks played their last show at Heavy Rebel Weekender in Winston Salem, North Carolina around July 4th in 2007. The band broke up shortly after, ending their 3-4 year reign of drunk, sloppy, high-octane garage blues. John went on to work with the Hooten Hallers full-time, who recently recorded "Baby," which is played during this concert. Chris went on to be an wayfarer and the Big Muddy boat captain (as well as play with Bob Reuter's Alley Ghost), and Brian had to leave the country after breaking an expensive bottle of Joey Glynn's rum.
